Nesse artigos vamos te ensinar a calcular a frequência cardíaca e determinar a zona de treinamento e intensidade para quem quer emagrecer ou outros objetivos.

Os níveis em que o treinamento aeróbico é executado têm como principal ponto de controle os batimentos cardíacos.

Neste sentido, tudo que se refere à ênfase que tal exercício está tendo tem ligação direta com as vezes que o coração bombeia sangue no intervalo de um minuto.

Isso faz com que os objetivos sejam muito mais facilmente perseguidos e tanto o treinador quanto o aluno tem a certeza da efetividade do exercício, usando a zona de treinamento aeróbico.

Como já mencionei em inúmeros artigos anteriores a intensidade está diretamente ligada ao maior gasto calórico.

Por isso, o controle da frequência cardíaca dentro de parâmetros que mostrem que o ele se encontra em uma intensidade adequada, o processo fica muito mais completo.

Porém antes de falarmos das zonas de treinamento aeróbico temos que calcular corretamente a frequência cardíaca.

O “cálculo” famoso de se subtrair a idade da pessoa de 220 já não é mais muito aceito dentro da comunidade científica, justamente por sua grande margem de erro. Hoje temos um cálculo muito mais eficiente. Veja como fazer:

É muito importante que se tenha a clareza que os exercícios considerados de nível 4 também podem ser de grande valia para o emagrecimento, pois neste parâmetro se enquadram os exercícios intervalados e o método fartlek e tabata, por exemplo.

Porém nem todas as pessoas conseguem manter o exercício nesta faixa de intensidade. Por isso eu usei como referencia o valor 3, de moderado, já que ele é eficiente para o emagrecimento e mais facilmente mantido.
