Ingredientes

  • 2 abacates pequenos
  • 1 banana cortada em rodelas
  • 1 xícara de castanha do Pará picadas
  • 2 colheres de sopa de mel

Modo de preparo

No liquidificador, coloque primeiro o mel. Retire a polpa dos abacates e adicione no liquidificador. Acrescente a banana e as castanhas.

Bata bem e deixe formar um creme homogêneo. Coloque o creme em um recipiente como uma taça e leve para a geladeira até gelar.

7- Creme de abacate fit com semente de linhaça

Ingredientes

  • 1 abacate
  • ½ mamão
  • ½ xícara de chá de linhaça
  • ½ xícara de chá de leite desnatado
  • Suco de 1 limão
  • Adoçante a gosto

Modo de preparo

Primeiro, coloque o leite no liquidificador. Em seguida, acrescente a polpa do abacate, o mamão, a linhaça, o suco de limão e o adoçante e bata tudo. Transfira o creme para um pote ou taça e coloque na geladeira para gelar.

8- Creme de abacate fit com limão

Ingredientes

  • 1 abacate maduro
  • Suco de 1 limão pequeno
  • Adoçante a gosto

Modo de preparo

Comece retirando a polpa do abacate. Coloque essa polpa em um prato e amasse bem com um garfo.

Acrescente o limão e o adoçante e misture tudo até formar um creme homogêneo. Coloque esse creme em um pote ou taça e leve para a geladeira para gelar.
