Waffle é um tipo de massa de origem belga cuja base da massa é preparada com farinha de trigo e ovos. O waffle pode ter diferentes tipos de receitas podendo ser adaptado para diversos gostos e também para receitas mais saudáveis.

O waffle é preparado em uma prensa ou em um equipamento próprio que dá a forma à massa, mas para quem não tem esses equipamentos, também podem ser feitos em frigideiras ou panquequeiras.

Você pode comer o waffle sem nenhum acompanhamento ou com alguns acompanhamentos de sua preferência como pasta de amendoim, requeijão light, frutas, mel, geleias, queijo, entre outros.

Receita 1: waffle de farinha integral sabor baunilha

  • 2 ovos
  • 1/2 xícara de farinha de arroz integral
  • 1/2 xícara de farinha de trigo integral
  • 1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha
  • 1/2 xícara de leite desnatado
  • 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó
  • fio de óleo de girassol
  • adoce a gosto com adoçante que possa aquecer ou açúcar mascavo ou demerara

Modo de preparo Coloque todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e bata durante 5 minutos no mínimo. Coloque a massa na prensa de waffles pré-aquecida e deixar assar até dourar bem os 2 lados. Rende 2 waffles/porções.

Receita 2: waffle de farinha integral de linhaça

Ingredientes

  • 3 ovos
  • 2 colheres de sopa de ricota esfarelada
  • 2 colheres de sopa de tapioca
  • 2 colheres de sopa de farinha de linhaça

Modo de preparo Em um recipiente, coloque todos os ingredientes. Bata tudo com a ajuda de uma batedeira ou manualmente. Coloque essa massa na máquina ou na prensa de waffle untada e pré-aquecida. Deixe assar ou dourar bem verificando sempre até o waffle ganhar forma. Faça esse procedimento com toda a massa.

Receita 3: waffle de farinha integral de aveia

Ingredientes

  • 100g de farinha de aveia
  • 3 ovos
  • 1 banana prata cortada
  • ¼ de xícara de água

Modo de preparo Comece colocando no liquidificador a água e os ovos. Acrescente a farinha de aveia e, por último, a banana e bata tudo. Coloque a massa na máquina ou na prensa de waffle untada e pré-aquecida e deixe assar ou dourar até a massa ficar na forma de waffle. Retire e consuma da forma como desejar.

Receita 4: waffle doce de farinha integral de arroz

Ingredientes

  • 3 colheres de sopa de farinha de arroz integral
  • 1 colheres de sopa de farelo de aveia
  • 2 ovos
  • 1 banana prata
  • 1 colher de sopa de mel
  • ¼ de xícara de água

Modo de preparo No liquidificador, comece colocando a água e os ovos e, depois, acrescente os demais ingredientes e triture bem. Coloque a massa na prensa ou máquina de waffle untada e pré-aquecida deixe até assar ou dourar. Retire e consuma como preferir.

Receita 5: waffle de farinha integral de trigo

Ingredientes

  • 2 xícaras de farinha de trigo integral
  • 2 colheres de sopa açúcar mascavo ou demerara
  • 1 colher de sopa de amido de milho
  • 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó
  • 1 xícara e ½ de leite desnatado
  • 1 pitada de sal

Modo de preparo Primeiro, comece colocando o leite no liquidificador. Acrescente os demais ingredientes e bata tudo. Leve a massa para a máquina ou prensa de waffle untada e pré-aquecida e deixe até a massa dourar ou assar. Retire e consuma da forma como preferir.

Receita 6: waffle de farinha integral de trigo e aveia

Ingredientes

  • 1 ovo
  • ½ xícara de chá de farinha de trigo integral
  • ½ xícara de chá de farelo de aveia
  • 1 xícara de chá de leite desnatado
  • 1 colher de chá de fermento químico
  • 1 colher de sopa de mel

Modo de preparo Primeiro, coloque o leite e o ovo no liquidificador. Acrescente os demais ingredientes e bata bem. Coloque a massa na máquina ou prensa de waffle untada e deixe até que a massa asse ou doure. Retire e consuma de acordo com a sua preferência.
